Facebook Login Has Ended: Getting Your Old Characters Back
📢 Facebook login can no longer be used. However, the characters, items and account storage you played with Facebook are still on the server. Apply for recovery as shown below, and after we check, we'll move them to a new login.
How to get them back
- Create one character with a new login: Sign in to the same server with Google, Apple or Caret Games and create one character. Guest accounts can't be used (you'd lose it again if you change devices). If you've already started over as a guest, first link it in Settings → Account → Linking account.
- Send the recovery form: Tap Apply for account recovery below this post, choose the server and your old character's name, then fill in the form. In Name of the receiving character, enter the character you created in step 1.
- Check the result: We'll post the result on your request page. We don't send emails. To view it on another device or browser, save the address with Get private link on the request page.

- Apply separately for each server (one request = one server).
- Each server has 4 character slots. If the new account doesn't have enough empty slots, only some can move, so create just one character on the new account.
- If you had several Facebook accounts, we can move only 1 character from one of them.
To get confirmed faster
A character name alone can't prove the account is yours (others can see names in guilds and rankings). Please include as much of the following as you can.
- If you've ever paid: order numbers and receipt photos. This is the fastest way to confirm.
- Account ID: the "Account ID" in the game's Settings screen. If you have an old screenshot of it, attach it.
- Other character names on the same account · when you last played (roughly)
Processing and timing
- We review requests in the order received. Requests for the same old account are reviewed together.
- We move characters three times a day. If you're online with the old or new character at that time, your request moves to the next round.
- If you don't reply for 7 days after we answer, the request closes (you can reopen it within 7 days).
FAQ
Will Facebook login come back?
No. There are no plans to support it again. Please move to a new login as shown above.
Which login should I use?
On Android and PC, Google or Caret Games. On iPhone and iPad, Apple or Caret Games. If you play on several devices, a Caret Games account is the easiest.
